Refund Policy

General Policy

  • All sales are final. Payments for bookings, lessons, memberships, or events are non-refundable except as outlined in this policy.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where Club X Indoor Golf is unable to provide the booked service due to facility closures, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond your control.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Bay bookings canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Golf lessons canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Bookings or lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be considered a used session.

No-Shows

  • Guests who fail to show up for their booking or lesson without notice will be charged the full cost of the reservation. No refunds will be issued.

Events & Group Bookings

  • Deposits for group or event bookings are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges.

Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and lesson packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Any unused sessions must be used within the stated validity period. Expired sessions will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation warrants a refund or special accommodation, please contact us directly. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
