  • Is there a long-term contract?
    No! Our memberships are month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle with no penalties.
  • How do I book a simulator at the discounted member rate?
    Log in to your membership portal or call us at 289-802-1026 to book your session. Your member discount is automatically applied at checkout.
  • Can I bring a guest?
    Yes! Members can bring a guest, and your guest will enjoy the same discounted rates for that session.
  • How do the free coaching sessions work?
    Each membership tier includes a set number of free coaching sessions. These sessions must be used within your membership period and require a minimum of 1 hour simulator time purchase to redeem.
  • What happens if I don’t use my free hours or coaching sessions?
    Free simulator hours and coaching sessions expire the next monthly billing cycle, so be sure to use them before they’re gone!
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
    Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. ​
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle through the Membership Portal or by calling us at 289-802-1026. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • What if I want to rejoin after canceling?
    You’re always welcome back! Simply sign up again, and you can start enjoying member benefits immediately.
