Is the facility open 24/7, and do I need to make reservations in advance?
We are a semi-automated facility open from 6:00AM-12:00PM Monday-Sunday 365 days of the year. Members qualify for 14 day advanced booking, and non-members (general public) can book up to 7 days in advance. You can book as close to the time as you like providing the bay is not already reserved.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations, changes, or refunds within 24 hours of the booking time are prohibited. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How many people can use the simulator at the same time?
Our simulator bays accommodates up to 4 players. Please inquire about group bookings and availability.
Where do I park?
Ample parking is available on the street.
How much time should I book?
How much time should I book? The minimum time you can book a simulator for is 30 minutes. If you realize you need more time, you can extend your booking if no one has booked the simulator after you.Typically we recommend between 1-1.5 hours per person depending on a few factors: Experience level Playing for fun or working on your technique Transition time between players and/or socialization Warm up time
What happens if the software freezes?
Occasionally, things happen and program reset is required. On the touchscreen, please exit out of GS Pro and restart the application. For trouble shooting support please call/text 289-802-1026.
Calibration error?
Go to the menu section and in the top right corner there is a “calibrate” button. Select auto-target and it will recalibrate for you! There is a calibration sign at your bay.
